Head of State laid a wreath at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York

NEW YORK - ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has laid flowers at the memorial erected in memory of those killed in 2001, among who was a citizen of Kazakhstan Jeanette Tsoi, the press service of Akorda reported.
Construction of the memorial on the territory of the destroyed the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center was completed in 2011.
