Head of State awards top military ranks

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the decree to award top military ranks and special ranks to Kazakhstani military men, Kazinform has learnt from the Akorda’s press service.
The decree was inked on May 4, 2020.
