Greece citizens detained on violating rules of residence in Kazakhstan
URALSK. June 13. KAZINFORM — Greece citizens were brought to administrative responsibility for violating of the rules of stay in Kazakhstan in West Kazakhstan region. Elzhan Yeraly, a Kazinform correspondent, is reporting from Uralsk.
According to the press service of the West Kazakhstan regional court, the residents of Athens were returning to Greece from Shymkent by "Ford"autocar. However the “Taskala” border post frontiersmen found out that the Greeks had broken the rules of residence in Kazakhstan as they had to leave the territory of Kazakhtstan one week before.
Taskalinsky district court in accordance with Article 394 Paragraph 3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan has set to arrest the citizens of Greece for 3 days.
