Grain harvest to increase by 15-20 % this year ? A.Yevniyev

ASTANA. June 9. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ There is a good reason to believe that grain harvest will increase by 15-20 percent this year. Kazakhstan Vice Minister of Agriculture Arman Yevniyev announced such an opinion at a press conference.
?We can state that the crop acres have increased by 3,630 mln ha against 2004. This year they have increased by 1,640 mln ha against last year?, A.Yevniyev said.
?I would like to note that this year the harvest will be 15-20 percent more than last year?, he added.
