Government set quotas for foreign labor
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Government has approved quotas for foreign labor in a number of priority infrastructure projects, the corresponding decree was published in the official press.
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan established quotas for foreign labor recruitment in priority projects "Construction of "C" line of Kazakhstan - China pipeline", "Construction of the linear part of "Beyneu - Bozoy - Shymkent " pipeline", "Construction of the second and third stages of "Zhanazhol gas plant" for 2014. According to the annex to the document, "Construction of "C" line of Kazakhstan - China pipeline" project's quota is 1817 people. "Beyneu - Bozoy - Shymkent pipeline" quota - 1151 persons and the project on the construction of the second and third stages of "Zhanazhol gas plant" will involve 622 foreign workers.
