Government approves package of documents on Single Economic Space establishment
ASTANA. December 7. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The Cabinet has approved draft agreements which form the contractual-legal basis of the Single Economic Space at the session.
As Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova noted, on the instruction of the heads of state of the Customs Union there were prepared 17 agreements within the Single Economic Space formation.
"They can be divided into four groups. The first group represents those agreements which are called to ensure conduction of coordinated economic policy. The second bloc of agreements is directed to ensuring freedom of movement of capital and services. The third group of agreements is called to ensure freedom of labour movement, and the fourth one - access to natural monopolies services".
The package of documents will be submitted for consideration of the heads of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus at the session of the EurAsEC Interstate Council in Moscow on December 10.
