Government approved sectoral program on mineral and raw material complex development for 2010-2014

First Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies Albert Rau presented the draft program to the Cabinet on Tuesday.

According to A.Rau, the main purpose of the program is to provide rational and integrated use and reproduction of mineral resources for active development of all industries.

The realization of the program will also allow to receive an increase in reserves to the amount of 38 tons of gold, 905 thousand tons of copper, 900 thousand tons of polymetals.

Albert Rau has also said that KZT 48 bln 211 mln from the national budget is necessary for the program's financing.
