Golubev to vie against Japanese Kei Nishikori at Barcelona Open

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Andrey Golubev of Kazakhstan has advanced to the third round of the Barcelona Open tournament, Kazinform refers to Vesti.kz.
In the second round Golubev clashed with Benoit Paire from France and dominated throughout the first set winning 6:4. During the second set Paire stopped the game due to an injury and left the court. Kazakhstani athlete is expected to vie against the 4th-seed of the tournament Kei Nishikori from Japan in the third round match. The prize pot of the tournament totals almost €2 million.
