Global unemployment most pressing problem - Nazarbayev

"I've decided to create the special Order of Labor Glory divided in three classes. It will be awarded for exceptional labor achievements," President Nazarbayev noted. According to the Head of State, unemployment is one of the most pressing problems worldwide today. There are 7 billion people residing in the world today, but only 1,5 billion jobs available. Nearly one-third of the world's population are either working part-time or looking for a job.
