Global communications shouldn't be misused, Head of State

"Today's level of global communications development is unprecedented. In future they will decrease spaces and time, overcome historical and political barriers. This potential cannot be used as a weapon of information provocations, destroying moral values and social order. It should be used for good causes, for instance, establishing global dialogue in the name of world's stable development," President Nazarbayev stressed.
