«Giro d'Italia 2013» winner Vincenzo Nibali will take part in Astana bike ride on June 8
ASTANA. June 7. KAZINFORM - Today from the Astana "Baiterek" monument will start cycling mileage with the stars of «Astana» cycling team, the press service of "Astana" President's professional sports club (PPSC) announces.
June 8 there will be held a bike ride at 11:00, which will feature all stars of «Astana» cycling group, including the winner of the "Giro d'Italia 2013" Vincenzo Nibali, general manager of «Astana» cycling team, Olympic champion Alexander Vinokourov, Deputy Chairman of the Kazakh Agency of sports and physical education Chayzhunusov Allen and general manager of PPSC Aidar Makhmetov.
Any one is able to become a participant in the bike ride. The starts will be both among the professional riders and amateurs.
It should be reminded that from December 2012 Astana Cycling Team has been a part of PPSC.
