German designer, artist and photographer Bernd Lutz in Almaty

Opening the official part of the event, the first deputy director of the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan Beybitkali Kakabaev congratulated the guest and said that Bernd Lutz was one of the most outstanding artists of our time.

"Many of his works have won awards at national and international level. For a relatively recent work is his series in PopArt style. But, despite this, Bernd has already managed to make a name in this movement, " he said.

The exhibition features over 40 works of the artist.

"Bernd Lutz belongs to the generation of sixties and loves life full of contrasts: he loves the bustle of the metropolis, but at the same time silence of wildlife. Often, you can find it, along with his dog, floating down the river in a canoe, but Bernd also likes old noisy machines. He likes fashion, but often friends see him in everyday clothes " notes the Kazakh colleague of the artist.

"Bernd Lutz reveals PopArt. He shows us the art of the nature and dynamics, with the charisma - an art that you can feel it. AbrastPop - as he calls his work - full of original equipment and mainly acrylic ", say the organizers.

Bernd Lutz is a native of Germany, where he studied design. Wife of the artist was born in Almaty, they have a daughter.

"He has designed more than 400 company logos and created countless designer works in advertising, which can be viewed in a variety of international, and even in the American books on design" told the admirers of his talent.

The exhibition will run until June 28.
