German citizen graduated from Pavlodar Innovative University of Eurasia

PAVLODAR. June 25. KAZINFORM /Vera Levintsova/ Among the graduates of the Innovative University of Eurasia this year there is one citizen of Germany, head of Economics Department Z. Arynova said.
Foreign student Rustam Suleimenov was getting distance education in the university of Pavlodar. He was born in Pavlodar but he's been living in Germany for already 17 years. Five years ago he noticed the information stand of the Pavlodar university at the education fair in Berlin. Since he decided to get his second higher education in the city where he was born and succeeded.
