Georgia's opposition continues protests near TV centre

TBILISI. May 24. KAZINFORM Georgia's opposition continues its rally in front of the public television centre, where from 150 to 300 members gathered; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
Last night around 100 protesters stayed there.
Georgia's Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze told a news conference commenting on the rally that "the country' s authorities recognize the right to freedom of association."
"This is the principle signed into law by the country that we respect and observe," she said. "Nothing extraordinary is going on in the republic."
