GDP growth expected at over 6%: Z.Aitzhanova

ASTANA. December 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The GDP growth is expected to reach 6% upon the results of this year. Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zhanar Aitzhanova said upon the results of the telephone conference of the Government on Tuesday.
"The forecast of the International Monetary Fund is 5.5%. Our official forecast was 5%. But we will reconsider it and I believe it will exceed 6%", the Minister said.
According to her, more specific figures will be announced later.
