Gas cylinder explodes, injures 2

Neighbors managed to save three people, aged 17, 31 and 34, who were in the apartment. The 34-year-old victim suffered burns of over 60% of body surface. The man was taken to the intensive care unit. The second victim, aged 17, received burns of 2-3 degrees which is almost 30% of body surface. A 31-year-old woman suffered 1% burns of both hands. After receiving first aid she refused hospitalization. According to the emergency services, fire occurred due to violation of fire safety rules.
