Further development of interethnic and cultural relations discussed in Astana

Due to this, today the capital has hosted an annual research and practical conference, where topical issues of modernity were discussed connected with spiritual development of the humanity and interethnic accord.

Arthur Nigmetov, political scientist, journalist:

“The main purpose is to discuss national policy of Kazakhstan. How representatives of national cultural centers and scientists see further development of interethnic relations, formation of interethnic, inter-religious accord. In this context models of internal development were discussed as well as application of the Kazakh model of interethnic relations in international practice”.

The conference involved representatives of ethic and cultural unions, state authorities, political parties, and outstanding scientists and figures. They delivered their reports on their view of education tolerance in the society.

According to the participants, rapprochement of ethnic groups, and preservation of history of peoples living in Kazakhstan is the main goal in light of implementation of the Strategy Kazakhstan-2015.
