Fuel deficit may delay repair works at Shymkent refinery

ASTANA. KAZINFORM "The planned repair of the Shymkent refinery may be postponed until next February to assure the domestic market to the utmost," 1st Vice Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Uzakbai Karabalin told a briefing at the Central Communications Service in Astana.
As stated there, Kazakhstan refineries hit today the record processing volumes.
