Frosty weather persists in Kazakhstan Feb 23

Frosty weather without precipitation will stay in most parts of Kazakhstan on Friday, February 23, Kazinform News Agency reports citing Kazhydromet.
Only southern, southeastern, and eastern regions will see precipitation, mostly snowfall, as well as black ice, ground blizzard, and strong wind.
Foggy conditions are forecast across the country.
Severe frost up to -42°C persists in the north and east of the East Kazakhstan region. Temperatures will drop to -40°C in the east of Abai region.
