Friendship - basement of peace, prosperity and security: UN Sec Gen Ban Ki-moon

ASTANA. April 7. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ "Friendship is a basement of peace, prosperity and security", UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said at the meeting with members of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan today.
The Secretary General noted that traveling around Central Asian countries he saw a region with reach history and culture.
He stressed that the principals of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan coincide with the principals of the United Nations Organization. "Friendship is a basement of peace, prosperity and security. It is based on valuation of respect and tolerance. These are the principals of the United Nations and of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan", Ban Ki-moon said.
