Freak snow traps 11 people in E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. November 22. KAZINFORM Heavy snow has trapped four cars and a lift truck with 11 people inside 20 km away from Bozanbai settlement in Ulansk district.
According to the East Kazakhstan regional emergencies department, rescuers are on their way to evacuate the people from the snow trap.
