Founder of Telegram arrives in Kazakhstan

Pavel Durov, founder of the VK social network and Telegram messenger, arrived in Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Earlier, Durov was invited to the country by the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Zhaslan Madiev. He highlighted that Telegram is a high-tech company.
