Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan, UAE discussed opportunities for realization of joint projects in Afghanistan

The Kazakh delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Nurlan Yermekbayev, the delegation of the UAE - Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Mohammed Gargash.

The status and prospects of development of bilateral partnership in political, economic and investment fields and further extension of the legal framework between Kazakhstan and Emirates were discussed. The sides also negotiated the interaction within international and regional organizations, in particular, participation of the UAE in the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA), work of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, opportunities for realization of joint social and humanitarian projects in Afghanistan.
