Foreign experts receive state awards of Kazakhstan
ALMATY. February 18. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ A number of foreign experts took state prizes of the Republic of Kazakhstan at an international scientific conference "Ensuring of constitutional rights of citizens in the pre-trial procedure on criminal cases" in Almaty.
President of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) of the Council of Europe Gianni Buquicchio and expert of the German Technical Cooperation Society Professor Rolf Knipper were awarded with Dostyk Order of the II degree.
Kazakh Vice Prime Minister Yerbol Orynbayev awarded the foreign experts. He noted that Gianni Buquicchio and Rolf Knipper received these awards in accordance with the President's Decree as of December 7, 2010 for merits in the state and public activity, significant contribution to the social-economic and cultural development of the country, strengthening friendship and cooperation between the nations.
