Foreign debt of second-tier banks decreased by USD 15 mln - Economy Minister

ASTANA. October 11. KAZINFORM "In 2009 foreign debt of the second-tier banks has decreased by USD 15 million," Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossyaev said at the governmental hour in Kazakh Senate.
In addition, the Minister remembered that construction of 46 problem projects has been finished and due to this a problem of 11 thousand home owners has been solved.
According to Y. Dossayev, construction of another five problem facilities will be finished till 2014.
