Foreign and state-guaranteed debt of Kazakhstan makes USD 4.5 bln: G.Marchenko

ASTANA. February 22. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The foreign and state-guaranteed debt of Kazakhstan is up to USD 4.5 bln. Head of the National Bank Grigori Marchenko has made it public today.
According to him, the external and government-backed debt servicing makes USD 3 030 mln per year.
As the chief banker of the country said, the Finance Ministry had USD 32 bln in the National Fund. "USD 3 030 mln makes only 1% of the National Fund. In this regard, there are no problems with the public and publicly guaranteed debt service," G.Marchenko said.
