Flooding blocks highway in N Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A road in North Kazakhstan region was closed due to flooding, Kazinform has learnt from the Committee for emergencies of the Internal Affairs Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"A section of the Chelyabinsk-Novosibirsk highway crossing the territory of northern Kazakhstan was shut down for all types of transport due to flooding," the committee said in a statement.
