Flat owner hospitalized over fire in Kostanay region

ASTANA. September 12. KAZINFORM A flat on the second floor of a 6-story residential complex in the town of Rudny (Kostanay region) broke into fire yesterday, according to the Ministry for Emergency Situations.
The Kostanay regional emergency department firefighters extinguished the blaze. As a result of the incident, a man thought to be in his 50s was hospitalized.
