First Vice Premier U. Shukeyev arrived in Aktobe
AKTOBE. February 4. KAZINFORM /Samal Yendibayeva/ A working delegation headed by First Vice Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev has arrived in Aktobe today.
As the regional Akimat informed, the visit aimed at familiarization with the socio-economic development of the oblast, the course of realization of the projects included in the program of the country's forced industrial-innovative development.
As is known Aktobe oblast plans to implement 26 investment projects amounting to more than USD 1 bln in 2010. Seven projects relate to oil and gas sector. Six projects will be realized in construction industry and agro-industrial complex, while two ones - in mining and metallurgy and transport infrastructure, as well as three projects - in chemical industry, energy and engineering.
Besides, the region plans to start realization of two more investment projects worth USD 445 mln and one inter-regional project to the sum of USD 166.7 mln.
