First session of Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Intergovernmental Council kicked off in Astana

ASTANA. June 16. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The first enlarged session of the Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan Intergovernmental Council has started in Astana; Kazinform reports.

?During our meeting we have exchanged the views on the status and prospects of the development of bilateral relations that ease the progress of our enlarged session?, - Kazakh Prime-Minister Karim Massimov said. ?It is an unanimous opinion that the relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are based on good neighborhood and friendship. The countries keep up mutual support within international organizations and unions?, - the Head of the Kazakh Government noted.
