First H10N8 avian flu death in China

BEIJING. December 19. KAZINFORM - The first human fatality from the H10N8 virus was registered in Jiangxi Province (East China), local media informed.
A 73 -year-old woman who died on 6 December is reported to have had contact with a live poultry market where she got infected. Her relatives are in normal health. This bird flu virus has not been previously transmitted to humans.
