The plant was launched under the forced industrialization program back in 2011. However, the plant has produced no planes due to legal problems. At last, an agreement on the transfer of rights to aircraft production and on equipment purchase was signed. Design capacity of the plant is 36 units per year. Specialists from Kazan plant "KazAviaSpektr" (Russia) have been working at the plant since the beginning of the year. They manage a workshop for the production of aircraft, noted the deputy Akim of Karaganda region Anuar Akhmetzhanov.
