Firemen discover a man's body at burnt out flat in Kostanay rgn

ASTANA. November 23. KAZINFORM The press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies reported a fire at one of the flats at a residential house at 20:45 PM yesterday. The accident happened in Mendykara settlement of Mendykarinsk district of Kostanay region.
It took the Kostanay regional emergencies department an hour to put out the fire. It covered an area of 30 sq.m. A man's body thought to be in his 70s was found at the scene.
