Financial institutions of KazAgro Holding may be merged – Aitzhanov
ASTANA. August 13. KAZINFORM - Some financial institutions in the structure of the holding company "KazAgro" can be merged, Chairman of the Holding Dulat Aitzhanov said at a meeting of the Government, according to Primeminister.kz.
"We are building the work of the holding by the principle of "one window" and do not rule out the possibility of merger of several financial institutions, which are part of the holding "KazAgro",” he said.
As you know, JSC "National Holding" KazAgro" implements the state policy on development of agriculture in Kazakhstan by providing effective investment management for the companies in its structure.
Today, the holding includes JSC "NC "Food Contract Corporation", JSC "KazAgroProduct", "KazAgroFinance", JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation", JSC "Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture", JSC "KazAgroGarant" and JSC "KazAgroMarketing".
