Finance Ministry of Kazakhstan offers a single authority for public procurement

At today's briefing in the  central communications service of Kazakhstan Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev appropriate amendments to the Law "On Public Procurement" are in the planes to be introduced.

"This authoratitave body will c function under the Ministry of Finance. This will provide a "gap" between the people who prepare the tender documents, and those who hold the competition, " said Bolat Jamishev.

Also concerning construction and informatization project documents they will be sent to the Committee for Construction and the Ministry of Transport and Communications for examination to rule out a corruption component in tenders.
