Favorite character of Tamasha program K.Sultanbayev dies aged 64

ALMATY. December 20. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilyinskaya/ Famous Kazakh artist, favorite character of the humorous program Tamasha Kudaibergen Sultanbayev has died at the age of 64 in Almaty.
A farewell ceremony will be held tomorrow in the Academic Drama Theatre named after M. Auezov in Amaty where he has worked for a long time.
K.Sultanbayev made great contribution to development of the Kazakh culture, in particular, development of the Tamasha program.
He was a deputy of the Kazakh Parliament in 1995-1999. In 2008 he was honored with the Kurmet Order.
