The show, part of the Chereshnevy Les arts festival, took place in the Kazansky Train Station on Moscow's Komsomolskaya Square.

Gaultier told journalists he had always dreamed of having a show in such an unusual setting.

"Once I wanted to stage a show in the Lyon Train Station [in France], but it was not realized, and I quit this idea. And now my dream has come true in Moscow," Gaultier said.

"I think it is the most beautiful station in Moscow. I was very impressed with the combination of colors in the date hall. Moreover, train stations symbolize journeys, and each one of my collection is also a journey of some sort," he said; Kazinform cites RIA Novosti.
