Family almost drowned in flooded home in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. July 5. KAZINFORM A teenager and a woman almost drowned in their own home, Pavlodar police says.
They woke up surrounded by water as the flash flood destroyed the floor in their house and they found themselves in a flooded cellar.
Both the 42-year-old woman and the 15-year-old teen were hospitalized with various diagnosis.
