Exxon Mobil - an important partner for Kazakhstan
ASTANA. May 23. KAZINFORM Today Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with Chairman and CEO of Exxon Mobil Corporation Rex Tillerson, the press service of the Kazakh President informed.
N. Nazarbayev noted that solid partnership has been established between Kazakhstan and ExxonMobil.
"We are intending to develop our cooperation. We all are interested in Kashagan project implementation. Also ExxonMobil is an important partner of Kazakhstan, since helps us develop dynamically the national economy and harness natural resources effectively," Nazarbayev told.
In turn, R. Tillerson expressed confidence in further development of partnership with Kazakhstan.
ExxonMobil is the world's largest private oil company. Corporation has been working in Kazakhstan for 19 years, taking part in the North Caspian and Tengiz projects, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium and Kazakhstan Caspian transportation system project.
