Extradition of ex-head of Kazakh Statistics Agency from UAE will go quickly - Merkel

ASTANA. April 12. KAZINFORM After Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev signs the law on ratification of the agreement with the United Arab Emirates on extradition, which has been adopted today by the Parliament, the former head of the Statistics Agency Anar Meshimbaeva will be quickly extradited to Kazakhstan.
This was stated by First Deputy Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan Iogan Merkel on Thursday after the Senate approved the law "On ratification of the Agreement between Kazakhstan and the UAE on extradition of criminals."
"We have already sent the necessary documents to the United Arab Emirates, they are waiting for when we ratify the agreement," Merkel said.
