ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Zhanat Kozhakhmetov has been appointed the executive secretary of the Kazakh agency for protection of consumers rights, the Akorda's press service reports.
"By the presidential decree Mr. Zhanat Kozhakhmetov was designated the executive secretary of the agency," the Akorda's statement reads.
