TANA. September 30. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Everybody should have a great purpose in order to achieve success," Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev told the candidates for a master's degree awarded today the President's scholarship.
"No country and people can live without aims. One should have a purpose to lead, and you should have the aim in your life, the great aim," the Kazakh Leader told addressing them.
