Europe, Japan, South Korea among participants of Worlddidac Astana 2013, 1st International Education Forum
ASTANA. April 9. KAZINFORM - "Korme" exhibition center in Astana is hosting first International Education forum titled "Worlddidac Astana 2013".
The event is part of the 20th anniversary of "Bolashak" International scholarship initiated by the Kazakh President. The Forum program involves seminars, workshops, information sessions with participation of the leading specialists and experts of education, specialized trainings, demonstration lessons of outstanding teachers of Kazakhstan and the CIS based on the equipment of leading world companies.
The forum will also feature the presentation of international and local companies training equipment in the field of innovative education projects, distance education and e-learning systems, interactive tools and multimedia.
According to Deputy Minister of Education and Science Sayat Shayakhmetov, the forum is being conducted in Astana with the aim of creating a common dialogue platform for discussions of the latest trends, innovations and technologies in the development of International Education and Science by Kazakhstani and foreign experts.
«Today education in Kazakhstan arises attention as the main factor of social and economic growth of the country, the engine of modernization and improvement. Modern Kazakhstan thanks to forward-looking policy of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev is in the breakout group of countries with positive growth», said in his welcoming speech S.Shayakhmetov, when addressing the educational forum contributors.
«Worlddidac Astana 2013» is to be in the Astana "Korme" exhibition center till April 11. It is expected that the event will bring together the representatives of 24 world major companies, specializing in software development, Chamber of Commence staff, various embassies, local manufacturers and suppliers of training equipment, and the employees of governmental agencies.
The event has been organized by the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science, "Center for International Programs" JSC and Worlddidac International Association.
