"Neither council nor the commission may take a decision to infringe business of any party involved. The treaty to be signed is purposed to adjust all the agreements concluded earlier. We have taken into account the experience of our work within the Customs Union. No special powers were delegated to supranational bodies in the context of creating conditions for doing business, lifting barriers," he added.
