EurAsEC chairmanship to be handed over to Kazakhstan in 2010

sp;MINSK. November 27. KAZINFORM /Yernur Akanbay/ "The chairmanship in the EurAsEC will be handed over to Kazakhstan", Kazakh Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has said today at the press conference upon the results of the EurAsEC Interstate Council on the top level held today in Minsk.
"Other important issues were discussed at the session as well. The EurAsEC chairmanship will be handed over to Kazakhstan. The standing session of the EurAsEC Interstate Council will be held next year in Astana", N.Nazarbayev said.
According to the President, action plans of the Road Map, issues of transfer to the next stage of integration, i.e. establishment of the Common economic space will be discussed by this time.
