EU could take final decision on association with Ukraine in November
KYIV. October 18. KAZINFORM The European Union could make a final decision on the signing of an Association Agreement with Ukraine in November, a Brussels-based Ukrinform reporter learned from a senior European diplomat.
"The Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union could make a final decision on the signing of an Association Agreement with Ukraine at its meeting in November [November 18 - ed.] or later, on the eve of the Vilnius summit. At this stage, I can't answer more precisely," the official said.
He noted the dynamic situation in Ukraine, related to preparations for the signing of the association deal, stressing that the European side continues to closely monitor these developments. "So we have to wait," the European diplomat noted.
