Speaking to journalists, he said: “Today we are witnessing and participating in a truly historic event. These are the first elections in Kazakhstan’s history for the Qurultay, an entirely new legislative institution. The significance of the Qurultay elections lies in an institutional reset and the transition to a fundamentally new political model. But the most important turning point is in the content of public policy itself,” he said.

Karin emphasized that presidential reforms are giving new impetus to social processes. New faces and new forces are emerging, and the public agenda is changing.

"In terms of scope and pace, these reforms have become the most large-scale modernization of the country in recent decades. And not only for our nation, but for the entire region," he concluded.
