Elena Rybakina’s position in latest WTA rankings revealed

The Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) has released the updated rankings for singles and doubles players, Kazinform News Agency cites Sports.kz.

The top three tennis players remained unchanged. Belarus’ Aryna Sabalenka retains the top spot in the WTA Singles Rankings, followed by Pole Iga Swiatek and American Coco Gauff ranked 3rd.

Kazakhstan's Rybakina is still ranked 7th in the world. Yulia Putintseva moved up two spots, reaching 20th line, matching her career-high ranking.

Czech Katerina Siniakova, American Taylor Townsend, and New Zealand’s Erin Routliffe share the top three spots of the WTA Doubles Rankings.

As for the doubles rankings, Kazakhstan's Anna Danilina climbed one spot to 17th. Putintseva dropped from 81st to 82nd, while Zhibek Kulambayeva remains 157th in the world.

As reported earlier, Kazakh tennis players have suffered a major fall in the ATP Rankings.
