"I can characterize the election campaign in 2015 as the most quite in the history of elections in this country. There are many reasons to explain it, the candidates were not so well-known before the elections. And the main reason is the predictability of the result of the election campaign," Abramov told.

Besides, the expert noted that the election campaign was active and it had quite a good coverage in the mass media. Besides, the candidates had many meetings with people to tell about their platforms and ideas.

"I think, this election campaign can be called quite but productive," V. Abramov added.
