Elderly woman killed in apartment fire in Akmola region

ASTANA. August 26. KAZINFORM A fire broke out at one of the apartments of a 12-storey residential complex in the town of Shchuchinsk in Akmola region yesterday (August 25), the press service of the Ministry for Emergency Situations reported.
Local firemen unit put out the fire. An elderly woman who suffered carbon monoxide poisoning in fire was admitted to a hospital and later died there.
